Terms of use
Sources checked on
In short: you can use our free tools and templates for your own business at no cost. What they produce is general information, not legal or tax advice, so check anything important with an attorney or accountant. Where figures come from SARS or the law, we check them, but rules change, so each tool shows when it was last checked or updated.
Who we are
Kwalify is a product of NCC Recover (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2023/635968/07), which runs this website. Our address is Unit 156 Riverglades Estate, 67 Juweel Street, Jukskei Park, Gauteng, 2188. Contact us at [email protected].
What these terms cover
These terms cover this website (kwalify.co.za), its free tools (such as the invoice generator, the VAT calculator and the payslip generator) and its free templates. They don’t cover the Kwalify product.
By using the website, the tools or the templates, you accept these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Using the tools and templates
- The tools and templates are free. You don’t need an account.
- You can use what they produce, and the templates, for your own business and with your own clients.
- What you type into a tool stays in your browser on your device. It isn’t sent to us, so keep your own copy of anything you need.
- Don’t use the website to break the law, or try to disrupt it or the people who use it.
General information, not advice
The tools, templates, guides and articles are general information. They aren’t legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and they don’t take your particular situation into account. Before you rely on a result, a template or an article for something important, check it with an attorney, an accountant or a tax practitioner.
How accurate the figures are
Where a tool’s figures come from an official source, such as SARS or the Act that applies, we check them against it, and the tool page shows that source and the date we last checked. Other tools show when they were last updated. Tax figures change, usually from 1 March each year, and laws change too, so a result is only as current as that date.
