Client onboarding that finishes itself
Kwalify onboards your clients on WhatsApp. It asks for their details and FICA documents, checks the documents against your rules, sends anything that fails to a person, and reminds clients until everything is in. Then it gets the engagement letter or agreement signed and the deposit paid into your own account.

What Kwalify does at each step
Asks
Your client gets a WhatsApp message and answers your questions one at a time, in English or Afrikaans. There is no app to download.
Collects and checks
They send the FICA documents and anything else you ask for in the chat. Kwalify checks each one against your rules, such as whether an ID document is readable and not expired, and whether the name matches.
Decides with you
Anything that fails a rule goes to a person on your team to decide.
Chases
Kwalify reminds your client on WhatsApp, SMS or email, within the hours you set, until everything is in.
Signs and takes the deposit
The engagement letter or agreement is signed on the phone with a one-time code, then a payment link from your own Paystack, Yoco or PayFast account takes the deposit.
ID and bank account checks against official records are coming. See one application end to end.
Client onboarding checklist
Use it to set up onboarding, with or without Kwalify.
- List the details and FICA documents you need from each kind of client.
- Write down the rules each document must pass, such as readable, not expired and the right name.
- Choose who on your team decides when a document fails a rule.
- Decide how to remind clients, on which channel, and in which hours.
- Have the engagement letter or agreement ready to sign.
- Decide whether to take a deposit, and through which payment provider.
- Keep each client's documents and signed agreement together.
What it costs
Client onboarding is on the Flows plan: R1 950 a month for 100 completed onboardings, then R15 each, with unlimited users. Only need signatures? See electronic signatures. Taking a deposit? See getting paid.
