More than a WhatsApp chatbot: applications on WhatsApp
A WhatsApp chatbot answers questions. Kwalify collects a full application on WhatsApp: it asks your questions one at a time, takes the documents, checks them against your rules, sends anything that fails to a person, chases what is missing, and gets the agreement signed.

A chatbot answers questions. Kwalify finishes applications.
An application is more than a conversation: it needs the right documents, checked against your rules, a decision on anything that doesn't fit, and a signature. Kwalify does each of those in the WhatsApp chat your customer already uses.
Asks your questions
One at a time, in a WhatsApp chat, in English or Afrikaans, from your own WhatsApp Business number.
Collects the documents
Your customer sends each document you ask for in the same chat.
Checks them against your rules
It reads the documents, does the sums and applies your rules to every application.
Sends what fails to a person
A rule that fails goes to someone on your team to decide. Kwalify never turns an application down by itself.
Chases what is missing
Reminders on WhatsApp, SMS or email, within the hours you set, until everything is in.
Gets it signed
The agreement is signed on the phone with a one-time code, with an audit trail and a sealed PDF.
Several people in one application
Loan, rental and membership applications often need more than one person. Each one is asked for their part and reminded until it is done.
What it costs
Applications on WhatsApp are on the Flows plan: R1 950 a month for 100 completed applications, then R15 each, with unlimited users. The first 10 customers get the founding price of R1 365 a month for 12 months. Setup is once-off, from R7 500.
You pay your own WhatsApp, SMS, AI and payment-provider costs, directly to those providers. Kwalify charges no fee per payment.
